The convoy will visit the lighthouse and Hangar C since it will be dark when we leave the Station.   Plan to meet at the Space Florida/Space X/Sands Missile Museum parking lot at 4:15pm where vehicles will be lined up, given a “day placard” to be placed on the vehicle dashboard, and escorted through the US Space Force gate to the lighthouse NLT 4:45pm.   Remember all vehicle occupants must have government ID to go through the gate.  Once on Station, you will have time to explore the lighthouse and grounds, our cottage/museum & gift shop, and the Space Force’s Hangar C.    At this time of year it will be dark when we leave the lighthouse, so you will clearly see the lighthouse decorations and beacon flashing its signal.  Come early and visit the Sands Space History Museum which is open from 9:00a.m. until 5:00p.m.
